1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided on https://web2appz.pages.dev (the "Service"), operated by PixVibe Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our platform.
2. Permitted Use & Content Guidelines
You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to convert the website URLs entered into our generator. You agree NOT to generate mobile applications that:
- Violate the Google Play Developer Program Policies or Apple App Store Guidelines.
- Infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- Promote phishing, malware, illegal gambling, or malicious deceptive software.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over your brand, app assets, custom code, and generated mobile binaries (.apk, .aab). WebToApp claims no royalties or ownership rights in applications generated through your paid subscriptions.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscription plans (e.g., Pro, Enterprise) grant access to premium compilation servers, Play Store bundle exports, and priority CDN distribution. Subscriptions recur monthly unless canceled before the billing renewal date.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
While WebToApp ensures that compiled binaries adhere to standard Android SDK requirements, Google Play Console approval is subject to Google's independent editorial discretion. We do not guarantee third-party app store approvals.
